DO YOU HAVE A SIZING GUIDE?

Yes, you can find size charts for all countries on our Size Charts page.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In order to keep the shipping cost as low as possible for you we use the French Post Office with tracking for all orders.

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

Yes we do, in almost every country. See the list of countries in Delivery Policy.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You'll receive a confirmation email and your parcel will be sent within 48 to 72 hours (excluding week end and holidays)

You can always log in directly onto your account to check your order status.

HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER?

You can subscribe to our newsletter for free, the link that is at the bottom of the homepage. We don't send too many emails and don't resell your email to third parties. You can always unsubscribe from the mailing list if you wish to.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you can, before the item is shipped and if it has already been shipped you can always return it. See our returns Policy.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?

You can pay with Visa, Amex and Mastercard. Unfortunately Paypal is not active in Monaco.

WHY WAS MY ORDER DECLINED?

The payment was not accepted by your bank. Please get in contact with your provider if this happens. You can also let us know (info@monaco-addict.com), we will be happy to provide some support.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY BUT I CANNOT RETURN THE ITEM AS THE 15 DAYS HAS PASSED, WHAT DO I DO?
